Lan Automation Error

We tried to provision a switch through LAN Automation and we receiveid this error:

"Perform write-erase and reload on PNP device TSPXXXXXXXXX after resolving device issue. Please delete this device from PNP page to retry PNP onboarding."

message contains "after resolving device issue " -> there was a previous message regarding the original issue ?
- write erase (also delete vlan.dat) and reload and inspect the messages
