Lightweight AP PnP Pre-deploy Software Image

I was wondering of there was a way to pre-deploy a software image to a lightweight AP before it claiming it and assigning it to a site to provision it.

I know a lightweight AP will download the image after it joins the WLC, but that's also causing the PnP process to error out because the AP becomes unreachable during the software upgrade process. I can clear that error by resyncing the WLC after the AP has downloaded the image and rejoined.

You can pre-upgrade the image if you like offline.

I think Catalyst Center tries to accommodate this situation with a 60 minute timer on the PnP process before it declares a failure.  Is the image taking longer than an hour to download?
