POE issue with C2960X Stack

We have a 2 switch stack, it consists of one Cisco C2960X-LPD-L as the top of rack, and a member stacked to it, a C2960X-FPS-L.  It has several POE phones and cameras attached to both, and all are working except a few. I tried moving the port to several other ports on the bottom switch, all with the same result of not powering the camera at all. 

The odd part is, the 370 Watt POE switch on the top will take additional devices, but these same devices won't power up when plugged into the bottom switch which is POE+ and 740 Watts of total power.  I am NOT overprescribed on power, as the bottom switch is using 108W at the moment.  Any idea why the top would work but the bottom won't?

Post the complete output to the command "sh post".

May be worth reseating all the cables between Switch1 and Switch2 (intact) - if that all ok.

try to reload switch2, or if maintenance windows reload whole stack - that fixes as per my experience. 

Hope this is only issue with PoE  and data port working as expected right ?

As @Leo Laohoo  suggested - show post - will give you an indication any failure of the switch.

Thank you for the suggestions.  I do believe re-cabling all of the ports including the stacking ports would be a good idea.  Additionally no errors in the "sh post"

If the bottom switch is Switch 2, what does the "sh logs" appear when the CCTV are connected to Switch 2?

can you post show version and show switch.

as i suggested may be reboot and checking the cables again will be good.

can you post what ever logs on the switch , by issue show logging in text file attach to this thread.

as per the information you have reloaded the devices? does the problem fixed ?

have you tried the fixing the intact cabled if any issue around ?

Rebooted the whole stack and no change.  Planning to re-cable the unit sometime next week when there is downtime. Will post more info then.  It is a remote site so more planning for outages is necessary.

And addtiionally "sh env power" displays no issues.  I don't quite get it.

Move the CCTV back to Switch 2.  

Post the complete output to the command "sh log". 

Post the config to the interface where the CCTV is connected to.
