replaced a faulty device

Hi, We replaced a faulty device and now its reporting serial number conflict. Can I just delete this device and re-discover or does deleting this device means DNA will wipe my newly replaced device?

how can that be both can have same serial number, you should have followed the RMA Process when you replacing the device.

what you can do remove the OLD Serial number from inventory that should fix the issue.

Dna is seing the old serial number and device controllability is turned off. The faulty device was swapped with the new device without dna’s help
