Hello, I have tried to provision a new site to a wireless controller in DNA center but it has been in a pending state for +12hrs and seems to have stalled. I have attached a screen shot of the progress view for deployment.
Can anyone offer any solution to remedy this?
Regards
Dale Shaw

Hi Dani, apologies for not responding to your response sooner.
This issue was resolved by Cisco TAC and a colleague of mine. Unfortunately I don't know the ins and outs of the fix, so I can't offer any insight for others with the same issues.
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my initial post.

What version of DNA center do you currently have deployed?
What version of code is running on the 5520 WLC?
To find the error stack for the java array index out of bounds we can collect the following logs and analyze:
-- magctl service logs -r spf-service | lql > spf-service-2-4-2020.txt
-- magctl service logs -r spf-device | lql > spf-device-2-4-2020.txt
-- magctl service logs -r network-prog | lql > net-prog-2-4-2020.txt
You can use SCP or SFTP to download those files from the /home/maglev directory on DNA center (make sure to use username maglev and port 2222). Please email me the logs at danirowe@cisco.com or upload them here to this email thread.
