Hi Guys, I'm newbie in the Cisco switch and Network engineering.
Recently, I'm facing an issue with switch (Cisco Catalyst IE3x00 Rugged), my switch after power cycle cannot loading the firmware automatically. I only able to boot the firmware by manual.
for the rollback folder direction I have check with command is don't have the package file, where can I get it, or I should re-configure my package config.

Put the firmware into a USB flash and force the switch to boot the firmware from the USB flash drive.
boot usb0:filename.bin
