I already install DNA Center ver 2.3.3.7, but stub with status unhealthy servcies.

how to resolv this?

The best thing to do would be to open a TAC case. But this looks like the maglev packages did not get fully deployed due to a bad installation. This typically occurs when Rufus is used to burn the ISO to the USB for installation. Can you provide details into what tool was used to burn the ISO and what medium was used to install the ISO to the Catalyst Center appliance?

Also, from the CLI of the Catalyst Center:

magctl service display | grep file-service
maglev package status

It is worth noting that it takes quite a while for the services to start up after a fresh install. It might be worth just waiting a bit if you just installed the node.
