CLI Analyzer Error: Cisco File analysis is currently unavailable [471] v3.6.3

Hi,

I am currently experiencing issue on CLI Analyzer v3.6.3 (latest). Keep getting this error: Cisco File analysis is currently unavailable [471]. Is this a back-end error?

No.
It is working fine for me. Check with reinstalling, Antivirus blocking or change the network.

What was the date and time you experienced this issue and what is the PID and OS of the device in question?

Also, can you send in a private message the file used for analysis?

I am only experiencing it when analyzing show tech-support output from NX-OS. No issues on typical IOS. Experienced it since yesterday until now as of writing. Than T
