Why this basic CSR instance at AWS fails "Launch Failed"

Hello, I am following the steps on the youtube.com video "Setting up the CSR1000V in Amazon AWS".

I create the VPC, select the CSR 1000v correct memory size (over 2.5GB) but the VPC creation fails in the last step.

Please see attached screenshot.

Can anyone give me an idea on what could be the problem?
I attempted to pick instance type both 'medium' and 'large' and no success.

The instance size you are using is not supported.  The supported instance list is on the marketplace:

https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00EV8VWWM

I suggest you try m3.medium instead.
