You will need physical access to the real KVM/crash cart, reboot the server, and hit F8 for CIMC setup during reboot/post, and can reset the password for the 'admin' user.

how do you connect the serial connection? I put rj45 in the I/O and the other end to my laptop. Tried all the COM ports nothing worked.

Guidance here is to use a crash cart KVM (or Intersight), not the serial port. I don't know about UCS generally. But APIC uses a UCS C-series chassis, and is not able to use the serial port unless explicitly configured for that.

Now with Intersight, if your server is claimed and M5+, you can launch a KVM session and press F8 upon reboot of the server. At least you save the physical trip to the DC.
For compliant conditions see https://intersight.com/help/saas/features/servers/operate#launch_tunneled_virtual_kvm
