Unable to Activate Virtual Media in vKVM On Intersight

Hello Experts,

We have recently deployed a new UCS environment with B 200 M5 servers with 6454 FI and it is running in Intersight Managed Mode. The service profile is associated however as soon as open the KVM and activate the Virtual Media the error comes as "Some Features May not be supported by your firmware". and it stucks at connecting I have the firmware running on 4.2.1i which is the latest release so I am not sure what the problem is over here.

I have also used a different browser but the issue hasn't got fixed. Is this hitting some sort of a bug. Screenshot attached with the post.

Hi All,

I have fixed the issue. Need to add the Virtual Media Policy as well to fix it.
