This Community is for you (Customer / Partners / Cisco Employees) to ask and answer technical questions about Cisco Kinetic.
Everybody (incl. Cisco Employees) is encouraged to ask questions and everybody (incl. Customers & Partners) is encouraged to answer questions.
As Kinetic is a broad topic we have pre-defined a couple of Labels that will help you better categorize your questions:
- “EFM” – This label should be used for Edge & Fog Processing Module related questions
- “DCM” – This label should be used for Data Control Module related questions
- “GMM” – This label should be used for Gateway Management Module related questions
- “IOx” – This label should be used for IOx related questions
- “CKC” – This label should be used for Cisco Kinetic for Cities related questions
- "Control Center" - This label should be used for Cisco Control Center (formerly known as Jasper) related questions
Please use all labels applicable to your question so the right folks can see and answer them.
Tip: if you only want to follow conversations on a certain label then click on the label. This will allow you to "Subscribe to this label".
And please remember to keep the title as descriptive as possible (Example: “EFM 1.6 installation on CentOS v7.6 exits with error code 42” is better than “Need help with EFM!!!”).
