Welcome to Cisco Live Cancun 2015 . We are ready. Are you?

The Cisco Designated VIPs and Hall of Fame members are the core of the Cisco Support community. As an appreciation to their contributions, we had an opportunity and honor to be with one of the top most Hall of Fame members Jaime Valencia. Jaime was inducted to the Hall of Fame in May 2012.

During the dinner we had the opportunity to talk with Jaime and Mariana Luna, the Spanish Cisco Community Moderator. We talked about how we can get more interest and better collaboratoin with the experts. Jaime also provided some candid feedback and great ideas that we plan to include in our roadmap to improve the Community.

At the end of the dinner we gave Jaime a small token of appreciation for all his many contributions in the Cisco Support Community. Jaime not only participates in the Spanish and English communities, but he also helps us bring more experts and members to the community all the time.

It is in these type of events that we are delighted to spend quality time with our contributors, so that it is also great for them to continue to collaborate.

We're taking all Jaime's feedback into the roadmap as soon as possible so that the Cisco Support Community continues to provide high quality content and value.

or those attending Cisco Live Cancun, don't miss Jaime's presentation today at 10:40 AM Local time. Jaime will present Cisco’s Services Offers Solutions: Plan, Design and Implementation.

Thank you Jaime and all Cisco Designated VIPs and Hall of Fame members, without your contributions this community would not provide as much value as it does today.

We look forward to your comments.

Kind Regards

Mónica Lluis
