Cisco Proximity Finding Video System in Asus A43E

Dear Team,

I have an issue when connect to SX20 using proximity in my laptop with Windows 7 64bit. The error is "Finding video systems". i already upgrade driver soundcard and using the latest version of proximity then follow this tutorial https://proximity.cisco.com/help/?platform=win&code=AUDCLNT_E_UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT , But not solving this issue.

Sorry for a lack of replies here. You could experience lack of connectivity for any number of reasons, including not having speakers suitable for ultrasound connected to your SX20. the laptop can connect using proximity if i'm using headphone or I uninstall driver soundcard.
