Attempting to use Proximity with an SX20 for the first time Windows Surface Pro3 OS Win 10 Enterprise and SX20 TC7.1.4 and the Proximity app on my laptop keeps flashing between "Finding Video System" and "Connecting to RECC-RM223-SX20" the SX20 but never establishes a connection, any ideas?
We have been informed on this issue, and have tried to investigate. It appears to be a driver issue, and was mitigated (but not fixed) by updating the realtek audio driver.
