A user is trying to connect to a SX-20 video system that is registered to the cloud in their classroom from the Cisco Webex Meetings desktop application and the user never receives the 4-digit number on the screen. I check the System diagnostics on the video system and I am not receiving any error messages regarding proximity or the ultrasound signals from the codec.
