I am trying to download the CCC/EMC certificate for some product but found that fibre switches do not have CCC certification but only Telecom certificate. in the search database, it mentioned EMC certification approval not required. Why it is so? 

I purchased a catalyst C1000 Non-Poe 8 port internal power   "C1000-8T-2G-L" .   It came with a twist & Lock power cable, which I cannot use.  I cannot find the part number for this switch in any cisco docs.  Can anyone help?
