IMPORTANT:  Before proceeding any further, make sure to have a valid CCO login account.  

1. Note the exact filename of the ASR firmware you are looking for. 
2. Note the HTML location of the file. 
3. Read this:  Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software DHCP Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
4. Scroll down to the "Customers Without Service Contracts" section and read that very, very carefully. 
5. Contact Cisco TAC via email only.  Provide the serial number of the router, the filename of the firmware (step 1), where it is located (step 2)
