Catalyst C8200-1N-4T Edge Platform - upgrade from 17.4.1a to 17.7.1a

Hi All,

Is allowed direct upgrade from Bengaluru-17.4.1a to Cupertino-17.7.1a? Or is there some middle step with other IOS version?

I've checked release notes for C8200 and 17.7.x but there isn't this kind of details

I see only that there is needed newer ROMMON version 17.4(2r).

That is correct you need to  go to 17.4(2r), then target version of your desired one.

Hi Balaji,

Do You know documents describing ROMMON upgrade and You could share with me? I can't find separate files of ROMMON SW on Software Download. Maybe ROMMON upgrades automatically during IOS upgrade but I can't find confirmation of this procedure.
