Cisco Access Point EWC mode: client unauthorized to connect

hello,

I have a C9120AXE-E Access point with the latest firmware (17.9), configured with EWC mode so that it is autonomous.

I created a WLAN network on the AP, but I face a situation where my client are not able to connect this network. They are unauthorized according to system logs on the  clients.

I suspect after creating a WLAN and setting SSID/password I need to grant connections in the EWC interface (web page). Is it correct ? Where is it possible to find it ? Which settings need to be fixed so that client can connect to to the AP ?

Thanks a lot for the help!

Joel

@jguittet

 You dont need grant access to the EWC interface to clients, they are only wireless clients. If they are not authorized, check the security configuration for the WLAN. Make sure they are using the rigth PSK.

@Flavio Miranda thanks for the quick reply.

Yes sure the client doesn't need the access to the web interface.

I just double checked the PSK passphrase and it seems I have not written it properly the first time, now seems working!

So, a big sorry for the annoyance here! But the good point is you helped me to double checked this and it was my issue!
