Is it possible to add "macro" in the mail customization for $hostname$ to add the hostname link to the alarm ?

its all depends, what you looking to change, what is exiting alarm getting over email (give us example)

tell us what addition you want to add.

Hostname: $Hostname$
AlarmMessage: $AlarmMessage$

Criticity: $Severity$

But until now, in the custom text box, I 'm not able to add data in this text

yes, that what I mean

the few option is not enough to create the body than I want, so have try with the custom text, but can I add data like hostname, timestamp, alarmMessage , etc...

Is this possible to call some data in the custom text ?

yes that is fact we need to digest.

if you looking something to be done intelligent way.

send the information to different syslog server, and you process the email alert what ever format you like - this is just suggestion (need to required some testing)
