Customize FMC user role

I am trying to create custom roles for users logging into FMC..i am struggling to give packet tracer access to read only users and it seems it is only available to system defined Administrator role.. is it possible to grant packet tracer access to a read only user role ?

You can create a user roleas admin remove rest all permission  and give permission (i guess this is possible i guess never tried it)
