DNAC Smart Account Licensing issue

I need to change the selected Smart Account User within Settings / Cisco Accounts / Smart Account.  If i try to add a new username, i get the option to add a username & password, but the Save option is greyed out on the bottom right-hand corner. If i try to delete the current account username, i get an error message "Selected smart account is active, can't be deleted" Is the Smart account referenced somewhere else? Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hello @c.walsh,

It seems to me that this problem is related to a software bug, as both the two options you mentioned should be available. 

I can't jump into conclusion without further information, so I suggest you either open a TAC case or ask for an Accelerator to review the situation with a Customer Succes Specialist.
