in our IT class we have recently run into and reproduced every time
a bug that prevents password entry in packet tracer cmd as far as it has been seen so Far
this issue only exists in cmd mode in which after entering a user name it prevents any
text from being entered and
preventing password entry not allowing ,pka assignment to be finished.
i will run a test to see if this can be replicated in open sandbox. please reply if you have seen
this problem or have a solution. (for image you have to note that it is
not allowing any keyboard input into the cmd) Disscovered on 1.5.3.6 Packet Tracer - Comunication in a Cyber World.pka

Bug must just be on that version of Packet Tracer. I just tested your .pkt file using version 7.3 and it worked just fine using telnet from one of the PCs to the router. I also used the CLI as depicted in your latest picture and was able to get in just fine.

which version of packet tracer are you using we may have to update an entire classroom
and are you using 32bit or 64bit we are on 32bit

i reread your reply we are on version 7.2.0

same results on packet tracer 8.0.0 on 32bit
this means that this is a 32bit bug
