Hi everyone,
I have a customer who has upgraded from prime version 2 to 3.7.
The PIDs are not changed in CCW and therefore we cannot renew service on them. The customer case agent says I need to provide the new PID on version 3.7. How do I do that? Or is there another way?
I also tried to contact ask-prime-infrastructure@cisco.com, but no reply.
these are the lines:
L-PI2X-BASE
L-PI2X-LF-100
L-PI2X-LF-25
L-PI2X-LF-50
L-PI2X-LF-500
R-PI2X-K9
Thanks in advance!
Roza

Yes, I know that they are looking for the new product IDs. But I don't know what they are. I just know, that customer has upgraded to version 3.7.
Is there a list where I can look this information up?
Thanks!

issue the command you get output, so you can provide the information to TAC.
