Pick up a call from another line

Hi all,

I'm still struggling with how to pickup my colleagues phone when he has stepped out of the office.  How do I do it is this possible on Cisco?

Hello,

create a pick up group and add your line and his to the group.  When any number rings that is part of the pick up group you will be able to answer it.

Thanks Charles let try the phone is new to me so everything is like chinese for now.
