Broadworks Sandbox - Inbound/Outbound calls from Bria Solo

Hello everyone,

we were able to subscribe to one of the call events with HTTP Contact method and we are receiving all the notifications on the

the URI we provided (e.g. on/off hook).

We are using the Bria Solo client to test the calls. The problem is that we are not able to make a call outside the network.

When we try to call a mobile phone the call starts but the phone does not ring and the call fail (we receive the notifications).

When we call a SIP number from outside, we get the ringing but we do not receive anything on the Bria Solo client and we do not get any notification.

Do we need any configurations on the admin side or this tests are not meant to work in the sandbox environment?

Hello:

Calling to/from outside network(PSTN/mobile) calls are not supported as of now.

Thanks, I will accept that as the solution.

We are going to keep developing making calls between the users we get with the sandbox creation.
