Call Recording not ready

Hi,

I enabled Call Recording to a user but got this error message "Failed to modify: [Error 18104] No Recording Platform is currently configured and assigned. Contact your administrator."

Is Call Recording ready?

Call recording is not supported as of now.

I'm assuming you made that change to a Webex Calling user inside Control Hub?

You will need to talk to your Cisco Partner to enable Call Recording for you.
