Subscription : 'Advanced Call'
An internal call made from one user to another user : No events received.
Call to a Call Center Queue : Received events only from that particular Call Center Queue and no events from agents.
Is there a problem on Sandbox that we were not getting the right information through XSI-Events?
Can this be looked at please?

We made a test call at 09:25 AM BST on 8th April 2021 from AkixiEnt1Grp1User02@broadsoftlab.com to AkixiEnt1Grp1User01@broadsoftlab.com for which we did not receive any 'Advanced Call' events.
