Host 100+ people, then push to other WebEx's?

We have a client with over 100 webex meetings setup (www.example.com/meeting1)

I'm trying to find a solution - where I can have my 100 providers login in to one place - I can verify they're online, ready to go - then "push" them to the clients (meeting1-100). Does the API do this natively? Do I need a third-party solution (do any exist)??
