Any reason to back up an Umbrella VA?

I have two Umbrella VA's running, as required.  We've recently moved to a new backup provider and I noticed that the VA's are backing up.  But the more I thought about it, I wondered if that was even necessary.  Since the VA's are essentially downloaded from the dashboard and are configured from there based on your environment, I assume if there were a problem, you would just spin another one up, rather than try to restore it from a backup.  Is that correct?  I'm not even sure I can see the scenario where you would restore one from a backup.  Just wanted to be sure before I removed it.

Your instincts are correct! There's no need to run a backup of the VAs like that. If they got corrupted somehow you'd just deploy a fresh image from the dashboard.

Thanks for confirming that!
