1 way audio when queued in Native Queuing Hunt Group

ITSP>CUBE>CUCM HG with queuing>Phone

External callers dial in to Hunt Pilot, hear the Announcement but when a LG member becomes available and answers the audio is 1 way. Everytime.

Tried enabling Midcall-signalling passthru media-change at SIP level on CUBE - no difference

Try to enable "Duplex Streaming" in the CUCM service parameter.

Already enabled.

I can see the CUCM send a 200 OK to the CUBE with a=sendonly but there is no sendrecv after that
