Hi,
I am trying to activate an account for a Spark user. After a while we realised that our Email Security Appliance was blocking the inbound email from Cisco Spark due to reputation filtering. We have corrected this. Now when I click "Resend Email" to activate the Spark account I don't seem to receive the email at all.
How can I look into this? The user's email account is reachable from other external domains..

If the user follows the cannot access account follow to reset their password from http://web.ciscospark.com do they see the email show up?

Thanks for the reply Louis.
When the users first set up the account I don't see this option. Just an option to resend the email or "contact us" which raises a ticket. I'm just surprised the activation emails were getting blocked by ESA due to reputation filtering. I have added ciscopark to the ESA whitelist but now it seems emails are not being sent at all.
