Dear all,
I need to add a custom directory to Cisco Jabber for Win.
Does anyone have an experience on this issue?
Best Regards,

You'll have to configure it as a custom tab, and host your directory in a web server.

Already done but not working.
Is there any step-by-step guide?

I'm afraid we only have documentation on how to add the tabs to Jabber, but developing the actual content for it, is something that would require DevNet assistance.

Hi,
if you're open for the 3rd party apps, take a look at http://aurus5.com/phoneup/directory/
This one could be integrated with several enterprise data sources to collect the contacts and push them to J4W directory "natively", without custom tab.
