Hi
I have Jabber 11.6 with MRA working. I did an upgrade to Jabber 11.9. Internaly it's working fine. But over MRA, I get a message that the config is changed and I should login again. After logout, I can't login any more. The error: wrong username / password.
CUCM version: 11.5
CUC Version: 11.5
IP&P Version: 11.5
EXWAY Version: 8.10
When I reset Jabber and add a jabber-config-user.xml I get the error cannot find services. I have the Presence domain: domain.com and the internal domain domain.local for authentication.
I have the setting <VoiceServicesDomain>domain.com</VoiceServicesDomain> in the jabber config file.
Thanks for any help.

Delete the following entry:
<ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>CUCM</ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>
Instead add:
<ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>Webex</ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>
Or leave itempty.

Do you use SSO?
2017-09-08 20:08:32,942 DEBUG [0x00000330] [rvices\impl\system\SingleSignOn.cpp(116)] [Single-Sign-On-Logger] [CSFUnified::SingleSignOn::Impl::getIsSSOEnabledFromConfig] - SSO IS enabled
If not, please check on Expressway C the following setting:

Hi Collins,
The issue is not with the SSO, but your SRV records.
2017-09-08 20:08:47,159 INFO [0x00000330] [ters\imp\commands\LoginCommands.cpp(146)] [IMPServices] [CSFUnified::IMPStackCap::LoginCommands::SignOn] - Signing into Presence Server. Server: 10.108.13.18, login mode: ON_PREM, result: 0
2017-09-08 20:08:47,159 INFO [0x000023cc] [\src\netutils\TomcatPortModifier.cpp(62)] [csf.netutils] [csf::netutils::TomcatPortModifier::changeDefaultTomcatPort] - modified url to use port: 8442
You see its using port 8442 which is wrong. It must be pointing to port 8443.
Now look at the SRV records you posted below.
> _cuplogin._tcp.fuoict.com
Server: win-52ec91ac84c.fuoict.com
Address: 10.108.13.20
_cuplogin._tcp.fuoict.com SRV service location:
priority = 0
weight = 0
port = 8442
svr hostname = imp-lab.fuoict.com
imp-lab.fuoict.com internet address = 10.108.13.18
Can you change the SRV record to use port 8443, then try again.
Make sure you clear the jabber cache if it fails again.
regards,
Alok

Hi Daniel,
You don't need Trunk to IM&P any more. It was earlier prior to CUCM 10.x now you don't need it.

Hi,
Hi,
I have just logged internall.Take a look at my jabber-config.xml. Both MRA and internal are working now.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<config version="1.0">
<Policies>
<TelemetryCustomerID>fuoict.com</TelemetryCustomerID>
<VoiceServicesDomain>fuoict.com</VoiceServicesDomain>
<EnableSIPURIDialling>true</EnableSIPURIDialling>
</Policies>
<Questionnaire>
<WhichClient>Android,Windows</WhichClient>
<WhichDeploymentModel>On-Prem</WhichDeploymentModel>
<WhichProductMode>Full UC</WhichProductMode>
<WhichCUCMVersion>UseServiceProfile</WhichCUCMVersion>
<WhichCalendarIntegration>Google Calendar</WhichCalendarIntegration>
<WhichDirectory>UDS</WhichDirectory>
</Questionnaire>
<Directory>
<DirectoryServerType>UDS</DirectoryServerType>
<UdsPhotoUriWithToken><UdsPhotoUriWithToken>http://www.photo/cucm-lab.fuoict.com/path/%%uid%%.jpg</UdsPhotoUriWithToken>
</Directory>

<CalendarIntegrationType>3</CalendarIntegrationType>
<EnableBridgeConferencing>true</EnableBridgeConferencing>
<UserBridgeUriAdmin>%%uid%%@fuoict.com</UserBridgeUriAdmin>
</Options>
</config>
You may also try to set up a sip trunk between your cucm and expressway C since your cucm version is 11.5.

What I notice now, is that on Jabber 11.6 I have a service-location.xml in the config folder, where the VoiceServicesDomain is defined.
But on jabber 11.9 I dont have such a file. I have a cuple of dat files, which I can't read.
If I reset both jabber and use a jabber-config-user.xml, jabber 11.6 is working fine. But Jabber 11.9 can't find any services.
My jabber-config.xml looks like:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<config version="1.0">

<Disallow_File_Transfer_On_Mobile>true</Disallow_File_Transfer_On_Mobile>

<EnableHuntGroup>true</EnableHuntGroup>
<ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>WEBEX</ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>
<VoiceServicesDomain>domain.com</VoiceServicesDomain>
<EnableSIPURIDialling>true</EnableSIPURIDialling>
</Policies>

<WhichCalendarIntegration>Outlook</WhichCalendarIntegration>
<WhichDirectory>UDS</WhichDirectory>
</Questionnaire>

</Client>

By any chance did you have SSO Enabled ?
2017-09-07 16:37:47,511 DEBUG [0x00001d7c] [rvices\impl\system\SingleSignOn.cpp(116)] [Single-Sign-On-Logger] [CSFUnified::SingleSignOn::Impl::getIsSSOEnabledFromConfig] - SSO IS enabled
Can you tell me if your Expressway is set to support SSO ?

Hi
Congratulations ! Hard work pays. where did u turn off the auth? I have started challendges with my MRA. The phone services are showing disabled

I disabled it on the Expressway C.
But is it just the phone servicwe, which is not running? The Presence status is working? Is the phone service working internaly? If so, could you check the status of the cucm on the expressway c.
