Ok,
I am implementing Cisco Jabber at my company and I have everything working great internally. However, I am struggling getting it accessible externally. I have my domain name setup and forwarded to my CUP server, as well as the DNS setup so internally is the same name. However, I get a "Cannot locate server" on my phone which is my current remote test environment. Do I also need external access to my CUCM & UCN server for it to work? Does anyone know of a proper list of ports I need to forward? I have a huge list based on what I was able to find, but I am not sure it is a correct list. I am happy to post sanitized parts of my firewall config to help people help me. I just need to know what you need to help me.

You need to deploy MRA or VPN for that to work
MRA is preferred as the Expressways are free, with the user licenses.

Just to make sure I'm reading right, I have to deploy a MRA and it will use our current CUCM user licenses?
