Any way to configure audio settings centrally?

Hey all

We are running J4W 9.2.X. From time to time users calls IT to get help setting up audio in J4W. Yes we have made guides, but users forget how to etc. You know how it is on a busy day.

Therefore I was wondering if somone have figured out a way to setup audio settings in J4W. So the users don't have to think about it. Either by a script or a reg key? or a third way?

Or is this on the roadmap for J4W? In Lync, certified headset and audio devices are configured automatically.

Jabber supports plugin and plug. Devices should just work by plugging them in.

Unfortunately there is no central admin configuration for audio devices.

Is this still not possible? 

We are running Jabber for Windows 11.1.2. 

If an user connects an audio recorder, it takes over the audio. The user then have to set the audio back to the headset. 

any tips?
