Auto Attendant does not work in cisco unity 10.5

Hello guys

 

I have a problem making work correctly Auto Attendant in CUCM/CUC 10.5.

 

I made the steps in this  guide except I don't use a operator, only modify caller input options (1,2 and 3) to transfer calls to some users

But When I call internal or from PSTN  I hear something like:  We Sorry, "My Recored Name" is not available, please leave a message"

 

I know there is conection between my CUCM and CUC because I hear  "My Recored Name" that I did in System Call Handlers, But I don't know why I get that mesage saying "We Sorry......."

 

Someone know what could happen?
