Call are not getting recorded for PRI line

Hello,

 

We recently deployed PRI line on our CUBE gateway. 

After deployment of line, calls are not getting recorded on gateway. We are using network recording (Calabrio). 

However on our SIP line all calls are getting recorded.

Can you confirm what you mean by a PRI line is this an E1/T1 type circuit?

Are you doing gateway prefered or phone prefered type recoding?

When you have a call up on your PRI line what codec is it using?
