Call Pickup - No notifications in Softphone mode

Hi,

 

I will know if it's normal that, on Softphone mode, the notification popup for call pickup doesn't appear ?

On Deskphone mode, the notification is displayed.

yes, this feature is not available until version 10.5

Sorry but I didn't say I use version 11.1 and that the call pickup is already enabled.

I have the same problem in MRA mode, no popup, but I have the Audible notification.

no fix or workaround currently

This bug is been fixed in CUCM version 11.1.10000-10 release which is present on CCO.
 
Apart from 11.X version the following defect is fixed in 10.5.X release
