Hi!
I installed a VCS+TMS Movi, every functions are working fine, but i can not login from Windows Jabber client. Only that way if i click quick again to login after showing "can not login" window from Movi. If i click login and click cancel and click login quick again, i can also login. And i can login from a Mac anytime, anywhere.
Any idea?

Which version of Jabber for TelePresence are you using on Windows?
It might be useful to review the VCS and Movi diagnostics, or even a network capture while the login is being attempted to narrow down why the authentication fails.

Checked all logs and configurations, it looked like random failure. In the logs everything was fine, only on the VCS event log had some TLS error for that login.
Then costumer told me he installed a firewall. I installed the whole system without firewall and asked him if he installed one, but he sad not ....
