Hi everyone,
I'm trying to configure an AA on Cisco Unity, but when I create a System Call Handler and go to "Edit" to upload the Greetings, it does not work. The edit menu does not display the regular options that always do, just seems that the option is selected but nothing happen. I never worked with this particular CUC server, I don't know if it's a version issue or something like that.
Please find atached an image of the problem.

What version of CUC are you running?
Have you tried firefox or any other browsers?
Are you sure your browsers is compatible?
Also check your CPU usage on CUC I have see the application not act correctly if CPU resources are to highly utilized.

The resources were being highly used. I cleaned the processes and got a window to restart the server and it worked just fine.
