IM&P version 9.1.1
CUCM version 9.2.1
LDAP is setup and working with SSL on port 636. The certificate from the DC has been imported to the IM&P. I can login to CUCM admin with my username as well as the ccmuser web page. I enabled presence for my user and selected the UC service profile. I can see that my user is in IM&P and that it is assigned to the sub cluster. However, I cannot login to the IM&P user options page as it gives me invalid username or password. I also cannot login to Jabber for windows or jabber for mac as it also gives me "Your username or password is not correct". One thing that I noticed is that it is downloading the jabber-config.xml file from CUCM. In there it has the LDAP information but it has port 389 and is not using SSL. Please help me move forward with my troubleshooting of this issue.

jabber-config.xml has nothing to do with the LDAP username/pwd you use to login, that config is for contact resolution.
Are all the services up and running in IM&P??
Can you login to the IM&P user options page??
Do you see anything wrong in the troubleshooter or system dashboard??
If nothing stands out, you can look at a PRT for further clues.

This ended up being an issue with the certificates. The AD certificate was not installed on the IM&P server.
