Hello, i can not sign in!

I received an email to verify my my email address and an e-mail with the request to create a new password.

But both links do not work.

I get the message "An internal authentication error occurred. Contact your system administrator"

How can i create a new Password?

Erwin,

Can you get to http://www.projectsquared.com/ ?  If so, enter your email address and follow forgot password path.

Louis

Hello Louis!

I can't find the "forgot password path"

When i try to sign in, i must enter my emailadress, than i can press next,

and now i get an email with an link, an this link does not work!

The forgot password path shows up under Sign In after entering email address.

* Goto http://web.projectsquared.com/

* enter email address select Next

* The next screen should prompt for a password, and on this page under Sign In there should be "Can't access your account?"

Can you forward me the email being used, either here or privately if you do not want it shared.

Hi!

Now it works.

(I think it had to pass some time. :-) )

Thanks for Support!

Erwin

I am also having trouble signing in.    Once I submit my email address, I never get an email from project squared.    I have been setup with a group, but never have seen an email come to by in-box (or junk mail) from this service.    I will be happy to email my address privately.

Thanks!

Scott.Grant

Scott,

Was this from http://www.projectsquared.com/ ?  Or via an email you received being invited to the service?

Louis

It was from http://www.projectsquared.com/ ?

Louis,

I never received an email from either channel.  Yet, I do know that I was invited, and I went to the web site and also entered my email address.  That is the problem, no email is coming to me that is generated from Projectsquared either way…

Thanks

Scott
