We have CER 12.5 and we are getting the same 911 CER email notification twice instead of once. How can we change it to only receive one email notification?

When a 911 call is made? I would check the Onsite Alert Settings for the ERL(s) and confirm the email assigned. It is possible you have more than 1 Onsite Alert ID added at the ERL level.

CER should only be sending one email notification in theory; however, there may be a few configuration scenarios in which CER sends duplicate notifications to the same contact.
Do you happen to have two Onsite Alert Contacts with the same email address in the ERL?
Alternatively, do you have any visibility into the SMTP server to verify that CER is indeed sending
