CER for local security office number?

In my company, we have our own police force, and our own police dispatch office.

We currently use CER (12.5) for the regular 911 calls.
Is it possible to route our local police extension via CER as well? 
We're looking specifically to get the location data that comes with the ELINs, so our local police force would know where people are calling from.  Like, North Campus, Main Building, 2nd Floor East - and then the description of the data port on the switches would give the exact location.

Probably. CER has no idea what CUCM does with the call when it redirects the call to what is normally a Route Pattern (eg 4045550100.911). You could build a Translation Pattern instead to direct that call wherever you wanted.
