We have deployed CER and have the call back and email notifications working however the display on the call back phone is showing the caller ID for the CTI port so if the call back person misses the call and perhaps email is down or they simply don't check the email, the missed called calls display the CTI port extension so they don't know who made the 911 call.
Is there a way to force the originating caller ID instead of the CTI port extension?
wait, you're saying callback phone, but I think you might be referring to the on site alert phone, correct? Because the CTI Ports have nothing to o with calling 911 or with 911 calling you back. At any rate, I don't believe that is how the solution works, so I'm afraid, I don't think that's possible.
