Hi
I have setup a test infrastructure using IMP 10.5 and Jabber 10.6 on our live Callmanager. We have a few users on it which was working fine.
However now none of the presence status is working.I have configured Directory URI integration and using UDS , when I check the directory URI in Callmanager which is firstname.lastname@domain and then view the profile under jabber of the user , the chat(Im address) is wrong and has changed to userid@domain.
If I change the directory URI then check again the actual field that is updated is "work" not chat(im address). This was working but has now stopped and I'm baffled as why its updating the wrong field.
Any help?

Exactly what are you trying to do??? Set up flexible JID and/or multi-domain???

Hi Jaime., I want to use multidomain so I have IM address scheme set to Directory URI.
I have configured all the users with a directory URI of firstname.lastname@domain in Callmanager and if I check presence topology all users have the correct IM and Directory URI of firstname.lastname@domain.com
However when I login into jabber and search for a user all presence statuses are offline even when they're logged in.If I "view profile" in jabber of the user I want to chat to the Chat(IM address) is userid@domain.com which is initial and then surname not firstname.lastname@domain.com
If I change the directory URI in callmanager , and then recheck the profile , field that is updated is actually "work".
This was working all fine which is the bit that's confusing me.

Ok so after a little more investigation it appears that this is a random issue. Some will work and some don't for example two users can both see each others presence but no one elses.
Tried rebooting the IMP cluster - no change
Tried Jabber 11 instead of 10.6 client - no change
I assume this maybe a bug? can't help thinking I'm missing something here
