Chat screen blank

Hi,

I am facing one of a kind issue on Jabber 11.0.

When i chat with another user, nothing that i write and enter shows on my chat screen, however gets well delivered to the other user.

Now when he replies back and the popup comes in, i can see the message in popup but again when i open my chat window, its blank.

I downgraded to 10.6 still same issue.

I uninstalled again, removed the folders n stuff and installed 10.6 again, however i jstill face the same issue.

Any suggestions to mitigate this please.

nope.

It was actually caused by Windows and got corrected after the patch upgrade.

Do you have the specific patch that resolved this issue?

I have a user seeing this problem with v11.5.

Hi

This looks like a compatibility issue with IE and Jabber client 11.0..Pls try applying the latest hotfix for your Microsoft windows OS.
