I am unable to download recordings to my computer from the recordings tab on the Cisco WebEx site as the website advises that I need to download the WebEx Network Recording Player to play this file. The problem is I already have the player downloaded.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the player and the message still loops
I have tried on multiple browsers
I have the lasted version of Java installed
I have the file association setup for the .arf to the Network Recording player.
I am running under an admin account
My operating system is Windows 7 and i am on a domain
Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
